Even after my offer was accepted, he never faltered and constantly stayed in touch regarding paperwork and deadlines, again explaining in detail if I still had questions. Absolutely nothing slipped through the cracks! It has been extremely reassuring having Bret in my corner. Buying a home is a life-changing experience, one that I was initially very nervous about. Bret has gone above and beyond my expectations, time after time and I'm forever grateful for his dedication and expertise.
